Ask yourself these few questions,
and be honest:

  1. Am I living my dream life at this very moment? If not, why?

  2. Did I lose track of my “soul strength” while raising a family, building my career and letting go of my own hopes and dreams?

  3. As I dive into this next chapter, what do I want to do, how do I want to look and feel, and what do I want to achieve?

If you could wave the magic wand and wake up in 12 weeks, you look in the mirror and LOVE what you see, you show up with more courage and resilience daily, you choose your own future, you create strong boundaries, and you put yourself first for the first time in FOREVER….what would you say to THAT self?
